The Landings is a 56-unit luxury apartment community being developed on a 3.4-acre, debt-free parcel we own on South Rollie Avenue in Fort Lupton, CO. The project is designed to meet the area’s growing demand for high-quality rental units and will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. The approved site plan includes 34 private garages, ample onsite parking, and a community picnic pergola for resident gatherings. With all city approvals now in hand, we anticipate breaking ground on this new community soon, providing quality living for the families who power our local economy.
