Craig County, Oklahoma Project
We hold a 100% Working Interest and a 75% Net Revenue Interest in a five-well project in this established Oklahoma field. We are currently reworking a water injection well for re-permitting, a key step to bringing the field back online. Once it is operational, we project this asset will produce 10-12 barrels of oil per day.
Seminole, Oklahoma Partnership
We are in discussions to form a joint venture with a 40-year veteran of the Oklahoma oil industry near Seminole, OK. This strategic partnership will give us an interest in numerous existing, productive leases controlled by the operator. Many of these leases also present future opportunities for implementing waterflood operations or to unlock significant additional oil reserves where Omega Resources would farmout leases to other operators and keeping production overrides.
