For this location, we are developing an exciting marketing concept called Trapper’s Rendezvous – “A Marketplace”. Our vision is to create a vibrant, bazaar-style destination featuring more than 12 small-format spaces for retail, service, and food businesses along with entertainment venues. This unique marketplace, situated near the area’s Safeway Shopping Center, is designed to become a major draw for shoppers and a vibrant hub for local commerce, while celebrating the entrepreneurial spirit that drives our country forward. The planned playground will attract family gatherings.
