Mr. Arends is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Agriculture.  Over his agricultural career, he has owned and/or managed an array of farming and cattle operations in Colorado and Oklahoma as an owner and manager of approximately 2,500 irrigated acres of land with as many as 1,500 head of cattle in the feedlots. Receiving his Colorado real estate license in 1996, Mr. Arends has specialized in farm, ranch and grazing properties while continuing to manage farm and cattle operations. 

His more than 20-years as a real estate professional while specializing in agricultural related properties has uniquely prepared him for identifying and acquiring properties with profitable investment returns. Over the past seven years Mr. Arends has worked exclusively in the real estate arena.

With more than 40 years of experience in investing in the stock market his investments have included energy stocks, gold stocks, tech stocks and investments in new startup companies. He has an excellent knowledge of the various stock markets and how they work.
