PROJECT TIMELINES:
AUGUST 1, 2025 - Omega is currently under a letter of intent for a large waterflood project near Ozona, Texas. Omega will be acquiring, if this transaction closes a 35% working interest in this project. Omega is also reviewing other projects within the state of Oklahoma near Seminole, as well as near its Mecca Maslen oil project, described below.
SEPTEMBER 4, 2024 - In September of 2024, Omega filed an application to take over its well interests in Oklahoma.
APRIL 18, 2023 - Omega Resources purchased 7 wells and control of 86 acres of land under the Mecca asset.
