We’re not sharing our story to change the minds of people who think differently… we’re sharing our story to show people who think like us that they’re not alone.
Our path to the 1,000 Acres of acquisitions and developments in and around Fort Lupton, CO stem from our involvement with the “16 Old General Partnerships.” Acquisition of the parcels therein and a long history of commercial real estate development experience by our team led to the establishment of Omega Resources, Inc. to strengthen our long-term investment strategy as well as that of our investors.
FORT LUPTON, & THE OMEGA
Since 2017, Omega Resources, Inc. has been instrumental in the efforts towards converting the community of Fort Lupton, CO into a bustling metro district. Working directly with the city, land owners, investors, developers, and builders, we’ve executed on a “dream-big vision” that has become a reality.
After becoming involved with the “16 Old General Partnerships,” we strategically sold and/or developed each parcel with “the big picture” in mind, adding entire communities of expertly-designed rooftops, roads, traffic patterns, public facilities, and more.
Now, in one of the fastest-growing regions of the country, we find ourselves in the final phases of this vision, focused on finishing the job with our last-remaining parcels, and proudly looking back alongside our investors (interested investors can learn more here) on a job well done.
Meanwhile, we’ve been carefully laying the foundation and designing the blueprint for Omega’s long-term investment strategy and continued success for generations to come.
