The concept when designing Highpointe Estates was to coordinate selected area builders to purchase and develop the property as a planned community. Highpointe features open spaces and recreational facilities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool and many other amenities. The result was 256 single family lots averaging 2.5 acres each with 150+ acres of natural open space.
