Rigden Farms was conceptualized to be a “village” within a city. The development is a 328-acre master planned community located at Drake & Timberline in Fort Collins, Colorado. OMEGA Team Members acquired the land from Colorado State University, designed the project under City Plan, installed all infrastructure, and sold lots to regional and national builders, including a national grocer that anchors a 12-acre neighborhood shopping center.
